How To Survive Mercury Retrograde

Hello good evening!!! Lets start this Blog with me sending out some positive energies to all that read this ! Breathe in take a deep breath and lets work on releasing! Mercury retrograde is crazy enough on its own lol Ex's calling and popping up to see if you learned the lesson or not ...Added with everyone being on edge . Oh and lets not forget the other planets that are in retrograde along with Mercury (Jupiter ,Saturn Neptune and Pluto). See most dread mercury retrograde but I say lets do this ! Mercury retrograde is a time of reflection and while that can be a painful thing if properly utilized can be used for so much growth. perspective lovelies ! Shed what no longer serves you . See the lesson in it so you don't have to repeat it . Utilize this energy to do some release work. Write out that which no longer serves your highest good and burn it ... Cut the cords and free yourself . Shadow work sucks but its an essential part of growth. Above all be kind to yourself healing is such an individual process many won't understand what you're transmuting and thats ok . Take extra salt baths , go outside and get your hand and feet in some dirt and ground yourself , meditate , do yoga, scream if you want to ( personally I like to go out to the woods and wail like a damn banshee ) , take a day to be lazy and just exist , turn off your electronics and spend the day living in that moment ! Not only are those ways to heal and balance but by calming ego you will clearly see the issues you need to address. Stand firm in your boundaries and learn to break the patterns of toxicity and programming this 3D dimension has instilled into your thought process. I know retrograde is messy and I know healing takes work and strength but you owe that to you !!! Im rooting for you you are a warrior and you've got this !
